Community Memorial Building

LAKE CITY COMMUNITY MEMORIAL BUILDING

Our newly renovated, historic Community Memorial Building is an ideal place to gather to create new memories while honoring those who have taught us the true meaning of valor. 

To view or reserve the building, please contact City Hall at 712-640-6401. There is an online calendar further down the page showing current dates of availability.

We have a wide spectrum of pricing and packages available to meet everyone's need to have a place to gather.


RATES

  • $75 for the Basic Lobby Rental Plan (4 hours)

  • $250 for the Basic Auditorium Rental Plan (4 hours)

  • For Event Packages (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), Please Click Here For Pricing

  • Local Charity 501(c)(3) Use, No Charge.

If the day you are interested in already has the word "Busy" on it, click on the word "Busy" to see how long the building is booked for. If it's not booked for a full day we can book you for the other half of the day.
